SHIPPING POLICY
- Please ship your juice to a physical location where someone will be there to receive it (within 8 hours) upon delivery.
- Ginger Yums is a fresh, all natural juice with no preservatives. We ship fresh to order and want you to receive your package with optimal freshness remaining. Our product requires immediate refrigeration upon delivery.
- Shipments are sent 2-day ground (Typically, 3 days to the West Coast). Orders placed Wednesday-Saturday will ship on Monday.
- PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is taking much longer than usual. We ship 2 day priority, but it may take a week or so for your order to be mailed due to timing of deliveries for ultimate freshness. We apologize and are working streamline this process.
- Shipping as a Gift? Please make sure they are notified when their package is arriving.
PICK UP SERVICE
You can pick-up your YUMS Tuesday-Sunday at the Ginger Room! You Must Pre-Order prior to Pick-up if you would like 12oz bottle packs.
